This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking, no analytics tools and no fonts or scripts from third-party servers. We only process data when you write to us or when the site is delivered technically.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, the provider processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, requested address and browser identifier in order to deliver the site securely and fend off attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Contact by email, phone and form

When you write to us, call us or use the form, we process your details (for example name, email, website address, message) to build your preview and to reply. The form hands your details to your email program; the message reaches our mailbox at IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete your details once the request is settled and no statutory retention duties apply.

5. Preview of your website

For the preview we use content that is publicly available on your current website. The preview cannot be found publicly and is deleted if no order follows.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. An email to info@aen-media.com is enough. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα, Kifisias 1-3, 11523 Athens).

7. No automated decisions

We make no decisions based solely on automated processing.
