Terms and conditions
1. Scope
These terms apply to websites, online stores, logos and care provided by AEN GROUP Μονοπρόσωπη Ι.Κ.Ε. (“AEN Media”). We work exclusively for businesses and self-employed persons, not for consumers.
2. Free preview
The preview is free and without obligation. The rights to the preview remain with AEN Media until an order has been approved and paid.
3. Order
An order is concluded when you approve the preview in writing and we confirm the order with scope and fixed price by email.
4. Scope of services
The description of the chosen package on the pricing page at the time of confirmation applies. Changes and extensions are agreed in writing at a fixed price.
5. Your cooperation
You answer five questions and provide the necessary access. For content you supply or that we take over from your existing website, you confirm that you hold the rights. You check mandatory details and legal texts yourself; we do not give legal advice.
6. Corrections and approval
Two rounds of corrections are included in the price. You then declare approval in writing. If you do not approve, no fee is due; the website is not published and the preview is deleted.
7. Prices and payment
All prices are fixed net prices. We invoice after approval; payment is due within 14 days. The reverse charge procedure applies to businesses in the EU with a VAT ID; for businesses in Greece statutory VAT is added.
8. Usage rights
Upon full payment you receive the right, unlimited in time and place, to use and modify the delivered website, store and logo. Third-party software, themes, extensions, fonts and images are subject to their licence terms.
9. Care
Care costs the monthly amount stated on the pricing page, includes changes of up to 1 hour a month and can be cancelled by email at the end of any month. Unused hours expire.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage and at most to the order value.
11. Final provisions
Greek law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Thessaloniki. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
