Will I lose my Google ranking?
Not if every old address redirects to the matching new one. That is exactly what we set up and check after the move.
Is my store offline during the move?
No. We build the new store in parallel and only switch when everything is checked.
Are customer passwords moved?
For security reasons passwords usually cannot be transferred. Your customers get an invitation to set a new password.
